网上传言说,HR看简历只要6.25秒,就能确定这是不是他们要找的人。也太夸张了吧?

非也非也。Career Builder在对2200位雇主及HR专业人士进行问卷调查后,早就打破此传言啦。只有17%受访者能在30秒左右完成Resume review,而大部分(68%)HR则表示需要2分钟左右来浏览一份简历。
